Working in genuine leather accented with sterling silver, gemstones, and pearls, it is our mission to give you the comfort and confidence to express your true self...in every mood, time and place.
We are located in Tampa, Florida, all of our jewelry is proudly made in the United States. We only make jewelry when you order it: we don't have any designs in inventory that you can see.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart via the "Estimate" option, or during checkout. To see all shipping options for the United States, you will be required to select your State and Zip Code. For countries other than the United States, to calculate the cost of shipping, you will also have to select your country.
Tracking information for First Class International Parcel is not provided. Yes, for all other shipping methods - via UPS and USPS Express Mail. We will email you a tracking number upon shipment of your order.

Customers are responsible for duty and taxes. We don't charge for duty and taxes.
Once your order leaves Sivani premises, it is in the hands of the mailing provider. If for some reason you don't receive your item within 3 weeks for US teritories and within 6 weeks for all other countries, please email us so we can submit a claim for a missing package with the mailing provider. We would not be able to ship you a replacement until the claim is resolved. All delivery estimates shown on the website for all international destinations are not guaranteed, unless your order is placed with UPS.
Even though each Sivani piece is made to order, we offer a money-back 30-day return policy. You can send pieces that are in their original unworn condition back for a full refund: it's that simple. All you pay is the return shipping. Just leave the leather accessory in its original jewelry box and/or condition until you are sure you love it. Simply give Sivani Customer Care a call at 1-855-500-8500 or send us an email at returns@sivanidesigns.com and we'll walk you through exactly what to do.
After we receive your returned order, we inspect it and issue your credit in 24-48 hours. It then depends on your card issuer how long it takes to appear in your account.

We do occasionally update our selection and remove pieces we used to offer. We also rotate which items we feature prominently. It may be that the piece you want is still available in a different location. Even if we don't offer it anymore, we'll make it for you if we can. All sales prices are final and Sivani does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.

Jewelry Sizing & Materials
Yes. There may be an additional charge depending on the size and the precious metal. All special order pieces are nonreturnable.
Some of our designs are adjustable to fit wrist sizes up to 9.5 inches. For the ones that require proper sizing, we recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. Add 1/2 (half) and inch to the final measurement. Otherwise, the bracelet will be too small.
We use traditional sterling silver 92.5% silver. Sterling silver is an alloy of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. It can be antiqued or given a high polish. We use both antiqued and polished beads. In addition to that, all of our Hill Tribes components are made from a high purity silver, fine silver (93-99%), which offers a greater resistance to tarnish.
Yes. All silver eventually does tarnish. How long it will take depends on the chemistry of your skin and whether you live near the ocean. Sterling silver also tarnishes from the interaction of silver and sulfides in the air. This is a natural process. Fortunately people have been wearing silver for thousands of years and there are lots of great silver polishes available for the day when your silver does need some polishing. Sterling silver will polish up by rubbing or buffing it with a soft sterling silver polishing cloth. Do NOT use a sterling dip to clean your Sivani jewelry. The good news? The more you wear it, the longer it will take to tarnish. (We love any excuse for wearing more jewelry more often!)
We source our leather from a leather manufacturer in the United States. However, we know that the final finish and dye application takes place in the US or India but their leather hides come from Africa, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Greece, United States and others.
Yes!!! Always has been, and always will be! We take great pride in using leather that is dyed with only certified lead free dyes. Their dyes meet all requirements on the new California laws regarding lead free jewelry and even the stricter German Goods Ordinance.
We highly recommend - Obenauf's leather care products. Obenauf's products are natural protectants for leather and contain no harmful chemicals that can damage your leather. Natural oils are suspended in a Beeswax/Propolis formula. In the leather, these oils gradually seep out of the Beeswax/Propolis as a time release lubrication that restores fibers. If exposed to heat or constant flexing, the oils are released faster; so instead of getting parched, your leather gets oiled when and where it needs it most.
If you choose not to use a leather protectant, exposure to water may reduce the lifespan of a leather jewelry piece, so we recommend that you remove it before showering, swimming, washing dishes and other similar activities.
Leather feels, smells, and looks luxurious. Leather jewelry screams style. Leather is natural, rubber cord is synthetic.Rubber cord is a great choice if you are planning to wear your Sivani jewelry at all times - it is water resistant. Leather is not water-resistant unless you are using a protectant on a regular basis.
Rubber cord is also far more resistant to regular exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, and perspiration. Leather needs a protectant to be applied regularly to preserve it from these chemicals.

Sales tax will be added to all orders delivered in Florida.
We currently don't process credit and debit cards on our website. We use PayPal and Amazon Checkout as a secure processing methods. PayPal provides online service that allow customers to check out with the flexibility to pay using their account balances, bank accounts, and credit cards. Amazon allows users to checkout using their Amazon profile and their saved credit cards on the Amazon platform.
Both methods are very convenient and are among the most secure payment gateways in existence today.
